What: Fiesta Island coached bike workouts
Where: FiESTA ISLAND - Park at just off the road that cuts fiesta island in half (turn left where you would to do the short loop)
What to bring: your bike, bike shoes, helmet, water or sports drink, heart rate monitor (if you have one), a watch, and if you have cadence on your bike that is ideal but not necessary
Who: Beginners to advanced
These workouts will be geared from the beginner to the advanced rider. The first Wednesday of every month will be a 20k time trial, then one week will be bike/run/bike/run sessions, and two of the weeks will be cycle only workouts.
The goal of the workouts will be to build over the next 6 months and develop the cycling skills/fitness of all those who participate.
